We will work diligently to address the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary. Please provide us with detailed information and photos of the defect to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS: 

For non-personalized items purchased from Okey Kokey, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the item to arrange for a return or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange to be processed.
